Neil O’Connell is a veteran international and domestic supply chain and logistics practitioner with extensive experience in creating, running and optimizing supply chains and inventory at wholesale, retail and distribution companies. Neil has worked all facets of the ‘Order to Cash’ cycle both as a line manager and as a consultant. Through these experiences, Neil helped create industry best practices enabling clients to free up cash while improving customer satisfaction.

Neil has specific experience as the CTO of StonePath Group – a Supply Chain and Logistics provider that grew from $0 to $350 million in three years. Prior to that, at a supply chain consultancy Avicon, Neil was Executive Vice President responsible for the delivery of customer solutions.  At Oracle, Neil ran a supply chain practice and then led Oracle’s North American Industrial Supply Chain Group.  He helped start and then lead the 3rd Party Logistics group at American President Logistics as well as managing the North American call center, and several sales and operations roles.

Neil has presented at a number of internal and external forums including DuPont’s Learning Center, Oracles’ Reuse Forum, American President Lines’ sales training clinics and several local Council of Logistics meetings. Neil has a degree in Management from Columbia Pacific University and USC.
